On May 14th the UK Commission for Employment and Skills announced that the Council for Administration (CfA) would be responsible for developing pan sector standards and qualifications covering the following areas:
- Business and Administration
- Customer Services - including contact centres
- Enterprise and small business
- Governance
- Human Resources
- Industrial Relations
- Languages
- Leadership and Management
- Marketing and Sales
Since the announcement we have been working with the Council for Administration on transitional arrangements for:
- Marketing and Sales National Occupational Standards (NOS)
- Marketing and Sales Apprenticeships
- Marketing and Sales Qualifications (including qualifications strategies,
action plans and approval of qualifications for England, Wales
and Northern Ireland)
- Other related activities.
