Foundation and Advanced Apprenticeships in Marketing and Marketing Communications

MSSSB is delighted to announce that the framework for the Foundation Apprenticeship and the Advanced Apprenticeship in Marketing and Communications has been approved by AAG.

For the employer, there are many benefits to employing an apprentice. The LSC report (Rapid Review of Research on Apprenticeships, June 2008) demonstrated that:

• Apprenticeships improve business performance by making contributions to competitiveness; productivity; pfofitability and quality;
• The Net costs of Apprenticeships training are frequently lower than that of non-apprentices; and the productivity of apprentices enables employers to recover much of the costs involved;
• Apprentices tend to adopt company values and are more likely to remain with the employer than non-apprentices;
• Increasing the diversity of the Apprentice workforce has significant business benefits, as well as providing clear progression routes to higher levels in the organisation.
