LMI reports - Marketing and Sales
The latest findings following a review of the labour market information for marketing and sales are now available. These findings update the previous research published in 2004. They are the result of a comprehensive research process with c.400 professionals and aim to provide details on the gaps between skills needs and education and training provision. Revision of the Marketing and Sales National Occupational Standards
The current sales and marketing national occupational standards (NOS) are being revised and your feedback is important to us. A series of free consultation events in each of the 4 UK administrations have been organised. To register your attendance at one of the free events, please click here. Please note: the final date for registration is Friday 22nd May 2009.

Review of the current apprenticeship frameworks
MSSSB is in the process of reviewing the existing sales and telesales apprenticeship frameworks to meet forthcoming regulatory requirements. The draft frameworks for England, Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland are currently being finalised.
