Recent event information
As part of the Sales and Telesales apprenticeship project, MSSSB carried out a series of consultation events in England, Wales and Scotland. The events, were attended by stakeholders from the UK Nations and feedback was gained on a wide range of issues.
If you have any queries regarding the project in general, please contact Joanne Adami of MSSSB (joanneadami@cim.co.uk; 01628 427107), or Carol Adams, MSSSB associate, on 0787 620 2933.
Consultation events were recently held in the 4 UK nations to involve stakeholders in the revision of the existing world-class national occupational standards in marketing and sales.
These standards are the nationally recognized benchmarks for best practice for marketing and sales practitioners. As such they are the basis for all nationally recognized qualifications in these areas. If you were unable to attend the events however would still like to be involved in the project, please contact Joanne Adami as soon as possible: joanneadami@cim.co.uk / 01628 427107.
MSSSB has recently completed an important research exercise across the marketing and sales sector. The aim of the exercise was to seek to understand the key skills and training challenges in our sector and to design solutions to them. The aim of the project is to ensure that the marketing and sales workforce is better trained and more productive in the future, for the benefit of the sector and those that work in it..
