MSSSB is currently carrying out a number of projects linked to its remit that includes setting standards and generally advising on Sales issues.
As a preliminary step to setting the national occupational standards (NOS) in Sales, MSSSB needed to carry out a mapping exercise to help identify the current issues associated with Sales and the needs of this occupational area. As a result it produced the following report:
